Salary: £18.97 per hour (Coaching Rate) & £12.21 per hour (Meeting Rate)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Sports Coach (specialising in volleyball, hockey, e-sports, strength & conditioning and/or multi-sport) to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.

The successful individual will play a key role in the delivery, management and quality assurance of our Volleyball Academy Programme. Relevant coaching qualifications and experience of working with student athletes are key requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality and challenging coaching and learning experiences that support the holistic development of student athletes
• Design and implement sport specific technical, tactical, physical and personal development programmes that align with the academy's performance objectives

Qualifications

• Relevant coaching qualifications
• Experience of working with student athletes
• Experience of elite sport and coaching within this sector
• Experience contextualising and embedding learning to meet specific learning needs
