Sessional Emotional Support Worker

We are recruiting Sessional Emotional Support Workers (SESWs) to support survivors of sexual violence and abuse through our Emotional Support Services.

Our Emotional Support Services (Helpline, Email and Live Chat) offer free and confidential emotional support to women and girls across Cambridgeshire who have been subjected to, or who are being subjected to, any form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives.

The SESWs provide support to survivors and do so in a non-judgemental manner, applying a feminist and empowering ethos.

These workers are crucial in supporting the capacity of our Emotional Support Services and will work in close collaboration with our incredible Emotional Support Volunteers and other SESWs.
