ServiceNow Workflow Lead - Content Compliance (DSA)

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *building safe, compliant, and innovative digital platforms*.

The Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Workflow Lead to support compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). You will design, optimize, and manage ServiceNow workflows that ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met. Working closely with compliance, legal, and product teams, you'll play a key role in embedding DSA-aligned processes and improving content moderation systems.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows to support DSA compliance.

• Monitor and optimize workflow performance.

• Provide clear documentation, training, and reporting.

• Support audits with reliable data and compliance evidence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.

• Stay up to date with DSA regulations and ServiceNow developments.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years experience with workflow automation, preferably in ServiceNow.

• Strong knowledge of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and its impact on content moderation.

• Ability to turn legal and regulatory requirements into effective workflows.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
