Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect Associate Manager / Specialist

Location: London, Manchester or Birmingham

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect you

• Can understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
• Are willing to work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions.
• Demonstrate ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
• Are a continuous learner, willing to undertake new certifications such as Certified Master Architect and stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow offerings.
• Take time to explore information about new applications in ServiceNow and stay current on the platform's offerings.
• Have access to robust training and certification opportunities within the ServiceNow Business Group.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience.
• Manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical leadership role.
• Be process oriented and prefer order, with readiness to ask for help from peers and SMEs when needed.
• Bring a strong background from Enterprise Software or Consulting environments.

What we're looking for: Skills and qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• Experience with 3 product lines outside ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Security Clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
