Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
• Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• HRSD
• SecOps
• GRC/IRM
• SPM
• Deep expertise in:
• ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side)
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Service Portal / Employee Center
• Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• CMDB architecture
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including:
• REST
• SOAP
• MID Server
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from design through deployment.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including:
• ACLs
• Roles
• Domain separation
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, regulated environments.

Desirable Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
• Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications, such as:
• ITSM
• HRSD
• ITOM
• SecOps
• GRC
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
