ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architect - 8 months+ - Umbrella £550 p/d - Hybrid/Sheffield CC

We're looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support a Technology Resilience Architecture team, driving critical resilience, availability, and recovery initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading Resilience Deep Dive and Resilience Improvement processes within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM)
• Investigating and analysing resilience vulnerability data
• Designing the migration from bespoke Technology Vulnerability Management to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Supporting strategic resilience initiatives, including Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery scenarios
• Redefining and embedding Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) across the organisation
• Shaping SLI/SLO, Error Budgets, and Availability Management strategy

To apply you should have the following skills & experience:

• Strong ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience (CIM and/or IRM)
• Background in technology resilience, risk, availability, or DR
• Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on design level
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
