ServiceNow Architect

Location: UK - Hybrid (occasional travel)
Salary: Up to £110,000

Our client, a leading UK technology provider, is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and ongoing development of their platform. This is a player-manager role, combining hands-on technical delivery with leadership of a small internal team.

You'll shape the ServiceNow roadmap, ensure best-practice implementation across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define platform architecture and strategy aligned to business goals

Lead design, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow modules

Oversee governance, technical standards, and upgrade strategy

Manage and mentor a small team of developers and administrators

Act as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, plus knowledge of other modules

Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM)

Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

MSP or IT Services background preferred

Funded ServiceNow certifications
