Service Team Leader: Growth, Mentoring & Customer Care

Listers Group Limited is seeking a Service Team Leader for our Audi dealership in Solihull. You will lead the service department, working Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with Saturday rota shifts, and you will be supported by a generous benefits package including a company car and an OTE of £41,000.

You will drive customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and mentor the team to achieve targets while maintaining high service standards across the department.
