Title: Service Province and Major Works Director

Location: London

Deliver timely, accurate, and transparent customer service, grow and maintain customer relationships, serve as the first line tie-breaker/collaborator. Champion talent development, lead teams, and promote/foster inclusion and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end customer experience, leading teams to deliver daily support
• P&L ownership for the area, overseeing teams to ensure delivery on financial targets and accurate forecasting of resources
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for large installs and oversee Project Managers from conception to execution
• Provide leadership to sales and field operational teams to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Delivery Operations
• Serve as talent champion including hiring, developing, and retaining talent
• Manage and resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary
