Service Product Owner - Delivery & Operations page is loaded Service Product Owner - Delivery & Operationslocations: Remote - UKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: February 13, 2026 (13 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR100540 The Vacancy We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Service Product Owner - Delivery & Operations.This is a remote role available to candidates based in the UK or Europe only.In this role, you will support the day-to-day delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of Megger's global Service platforms, including the Self-Service Portal and ticketing solution. You will work closely with service centres, process owners, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into clear requirements, support delivery of enhancements, coordinate testing and releases, and ensure consistent service experiences across regions. You will also act as a trusted second to the Service Product Owner, providing continuity, delivery focus, and stakeholder support. Key Responsibilities Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and preparation of user stories. Elicit, document, and clarify business and functional requirements. Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intended. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and release activities. Assist with training, adoption, and continuous improvement of service processes and tooling. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Experience working with Service platforms, CRM, ticketing, or ERP systems. Understanding of Agile delivery principles and ways of working. Experience supporting requirements, testing, and delivery activities. Strong communication skills, able to translate between business and technical teams.
