Position Summary We have an opportunity for a highly skilled Administrator to join the Rolls Royce Care team within Civil Aerospace. These include bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts. What you will be doing: Customer and user Account management and administration. Assistance with onboarding new customers onto the RR Portal / Ecommerce platform Monitoring and actioning requests from Ecommerce customers for Rolls Royce goods and services. Liaising with other internal Rolls Royce teams to provide services for Ecommerce customers. Day-to-day customer and user support both internally and externally facing. Focal point for Rolls Royce users, acting as key administrator on user account and additional access requirements. Assistance in defining, maintaining and defining user training material. Assistance in defining, maintaining and defining knowledge support articles. Liaising with IT ecosystem providers including Compucentre, DxC, Azure, etc Data processing/manipulation maintaining metrics as required in support of Rolls Royce Care and supporting monthly reporting.
