Service Operations Coordinator (Plumbing & Heating)

JAM Recruitment Ltd in South East London is seeking a permanent Service Administrator to support our busy Operations team. You will coordinate a high volume of daily jobs for engineers, schedule appointments, handle customer queries and process paperwork with accuracy.

This role requires prior admin experience, strong organisational skills and clear communication. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm with alternate Saturday mornings; salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
