Service Manager, Building Services & Operations Lead

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Manager - Building Services to lead our Romford-based team. The role oversees a team of 15 engineers and 4 service coordinators across multiple client contracts, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Based in Romford, you will manage PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and safety standards are met, while developing teams and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
