Service Manager

Working alongside the Lead Nurse and Regional Operations Manager, you will provide operational leadership, support service development, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional patient experience across the site.

Main duties of the job

• Leading the day-to-day operational management and performance of the Endoscopy service.
• Driving service quality, patient safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Managing capacity, utilisation and key performance indicators to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Leading recruitment, development and performance management of the Healthcare Support Worker team.
• Working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify and implement service improvements.

Working hours: 8am - 6pm / 4 days a week / Must be flexible through Monday to Sunday

At InHealth, we are committed to making healthcare better for our patients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Endoscopy Service Manager to join our North Bristol Community Diagnostic Centre and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient centred services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Experienced in service or operational management within a healthcare environment.
• Skilled in leading, developing and motivating high performing teams.
• Able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and care.
• Confident managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledgeable in healthcare governance, compliance and CQC standards.
