This established company has over 40 years of experience supplying machinery, components, and materials. They are now looking for a skilled Service Manager to maintain high service standards and support ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing service engineers
• Overseeing repairs and installations
• Handling customer service issues
• Ensuring timely responses to client needs
• Maintaining service quality
• Supporting the delivery of efficient engineering solutions

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and electronic engineering background
• Experience with machinery such as CNCs and PLCs
• Proven ability to manage engineers and customer expectations

Role Details

• Service Manager
• Machinery and service operations
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Site-based with occasional customer visits

Candidate Profile

• Strong electrical and electronic engineering background
• Experience with machinery (CNCs, PLCs)
• Experience managing engineers or service teams
• Based in or near Coventry
