SERVICE MANAGER

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee the Service department.
• Work and liaise closely with the Head of Business and Group Operations Director to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and improved upon, specifically unsold hours/idle time/efficiency.
• Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

You will have

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager.
• Experience of managing a medium sized team of technicians.
• Great leadership skills and ability to motivate your team while maintaining the highest of standards.
