Service Manager - Midlands Region

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the safe, efficient and profitable operation of regional service activity. This includes leading field supervisors, technicians and trainees as well as ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and technical compliance for industrial refrigeration & heating solutions. The Service Manager is also responsible for the development and growth of Star's technical staff to exceed customer expectations; driving continuous improvement, efficiency and standardisation across the organisation's processes; operating in an intent based leadership culture.
