Service Manager - Adult Supported Living Care Leadership

Kisimul Group is seeking a Service Manager for our Supported Living service supporting young adults with complex needs. You will lead the on-site team, ensure health, welfare and fulfilment of residents, and report to the Area Manager.

You will drive care planning, staff development and activities, safeguarding residents, and manage site operations and budgets to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
