The candidate will be responsible for the daily service, maintenance, and repair needs of customers' equipment, primarily attending to offsite breakdowns and carrying out planned services. This role involves establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers and peers, performing necessary administrative duties, and adapting to a dynamic work environment with new challenges each day. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:30, offering a salary up to £40,000 with available overtime, 20 holidays plus bank holidays. The ideal applicant will have experience in the HGV/Plant industry, with a strong willingness to learn new skills. Candidates must have their own hand tools and a full, clean UK driving license; an HGV class 2 license is preferred but not essential. Responsibilities include planned servicing, attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults, conducting high-standard repairs, completing service paperwork, and adhering to Health & Safety policies.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting the daily service, maintenance and repair needs of the customers' equipment.

The candidate will establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

For the most part, you will be attending to customer breakdowns offsite & carrying out planned services. You will be in a changing work environment, with new challenges each day.

This is a full-time, permanent role.

• Diagnostic & fitting experience with commercial or plant vehicles. Full training of road sweeping equipment will be provided.
• Hydraulic knowledge required.
• Experience working on commercial vehicle electrics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Own hand tools required (diagnostic/battery tools etc supplied by the company).
• Full & clean UK driving licence.
• HGV class 2 licence preferred but not essential. Responsibilities
