Service Engineer - Coffee Equipment

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial coffee machines. This is a hands on role suited to someone with mechanical and/or electrical aptitude who enjoys problem solving and working directly with customers.

Full training will be provided, and you will work under the guidance of a Technical Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain coffee machines at customer sites
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Support the wider technical team as required

Skills & Experience

• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (qualification or hands on experience preferred)
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
• Fluent English (essential)
• Full clean driving licence (essential)

Working Hours & Benefits

• Full time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday schedule
• On call rota: 1 weekend in 3 (after training)
• €500 per quarter on call allowance
• 1.5x hourly rate for call outs
• Performance related bonus
