Responsibilities

• Sole engineer on shift - confident working without junior backup
• 2nd line+ troubleshooting across various technologies
• Direct contact with senior finance clients
• Calm and professional approach under pressure

Requirements

• Proven MSP background
• Able to resolve issues independently
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Willingness to gain AZ/MS-900 certification (funded by the company)
