• 2nd line+ support (no juniors)
• Troubleshoot a range of issues - quick research is fine
• Directly support senior finance clients (CEOs, VPs)
• Work calmly and professionally under pressure
• Collaborate with a remote global team (UK, Scotland, South Korea)

• Strong MSP background - essential
• Ability to work independently without constant escalation
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to gain AZ/MS-900 certification (funded by the company)
