Job Description

Salary: Up to £26,525 plus £1500 shift allowance

We have a Night Shift (7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays)

Must Be eligible for SC (Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years)

The role and what you'll be doing daily:

Littlefish is recruiting a 247 Service Desk Engineer to join the Service Desk Team. This is a home-based role on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will be expected to attend the office once a month for team meetings and complete your first 6 weeks of training in the office.

Daily responsibilities include:

Providing effective technical support to Littlefish's contract customers, resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and performing network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Experience in a 1st and 2nd line IT service desk or similar technical role
  • Experience using ITSM case management software
  • Experience with remote support tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, Enterprise Networks
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Anti-Virus, Print, Mobile, and Laptop/PC Hardware
