Job Description
Our Global Software client are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Brno, Czech Republic, as they expand their global operational support capability. This role is pivotal in ensuring data sovereignty and independence for their global customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic support and understanding of Network, Database, and Server.
- Utilise basic knowledge of Clients products, preferably from a Computer Science background.
- Triage and manage documentation, escalating issues to the relevant next level when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to queries promptly.
