Service Delivery Manager

*German Speaking Service Delivery Manager - Onsite - Austria*

For our global client, RED is currently looking for a German Speaking Service Delivery Manager to join in a project.

The consultant is expected to start ASAP and for an initial contract running for 3 months. The project is onsite working so therefore, 5 days travel is expected a week in Vienna, Austria.

Must have skills

• Strong IT leadership experience - specifically in Digital Workplace/DEX.
• Proven track record in IT service delivery, ITSM, and frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
• Experience managing SLAs, vendor relationships, and continuous service improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills (across Matrix organisations).
• English & German communication is mandatory.
