About the Role As a Service Delivery Lead, it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care and support. You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service. They are looking for a candidate who holds their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or is willing to work towards this qualification. You'll be working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 16:30, with Bank Holidays off. Their day centre supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life skills and build confidence. Their caring and friendly staff encourage people they support to participate in various activities that challenge them to reach their full potential.
