Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join a fast-paced, customer-focused operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive a seamless, high-quality support from order placement through to successful delivery.
As a key member of the Service Delivery team, you'll act as the central point of coordination between customers, internal departments, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics providers. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business success.
What You'll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll coordinate daily activities across multiple teams, monitor order progress, resolve issues proactively, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include managing order processing, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners, tracking deliveries, and ensuring inventory and order information remains accurate. You'll also support key customer accounts, raise quotations, manage purchase orders, and assist with invoicing processes where required.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, sales, finance, and logistics to resolve challenges quickly, improve service delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency. You'll also support customer meetings, contribute to project delivery, and help ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations.
Beyond day-to-day coordination, you'll play an active role in continuous improvement. You'll review existing processes, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, contribute to operational improvements, and support internal quality, health and safety, and environmental standards. You'll also assist in monitoring logistics performance, managing supplier relationships, and producing reports that help drive informed business decisions.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with excellent organisational skills, strong commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and where effective communication is essential.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience within telecommunications, technology, logistics, or a similar operational environment would be highly advantageous, although candidates from other service-led industries are encouraged to apply.
Why Join Us?
You'll become part of a supportive, collaborative organisation that values initiative, professional development, and continuous improvement. We believe our people are our greatest strength and encourage individuals to contribute ideas, develop new skills, and take ownership of their work.
An attractive annual salary of £30,001.63, equating to £16.48 per hour.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, and want to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
