Service Delivery Analyst

What you'll be doing

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Enterprise Services team as a Service Delivery Analyst. In this role, you'll be central to our technology operations, ensuring that critical services run smoothly and efficiently every day.

You'll work closely with our IT technology partners, managing incidents, resolving bugs and issues, and maintaining system performance. Whether fixing problems or preventing them, you'll help keep our systems running so the business can thrive.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that shares ideas, solves problems, and is passionate about delivering great outcomes. You'll also build strong relationships with our suppliers and ensure our internal customers receive excellent service.

You'll have

• Experience with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with EDI is a plus, but not essential; we support learning on the job.
