Service Cost Strategy & Policy Lead

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a Services Cost Officer - Policy to define the cost strategy for engine services and to assess the financial impact of cost reduction initiatives. You will work with Cost Managers to baseline assumptions and ensure robust inputs into reporting packs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to drive initiatives with cross-functional teams across Services and Product areas.
