Position: Service Coordinator

Location: Gatwick

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)

We are looking for an organised Service Admin Coordinator to join a busy Facilities Management team based near Gatwick. This is a varied role supporting engineering operations by coordinating schedules, managing administration, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, and Office Manager in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers for planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Manage engineers' diaries and job allocations.
• Raise work orders, purchase orders, and job documentation.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records using CAFM or service management systems.
• Process service reports, quotations, and invoices.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure SLA targets are achieved.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Administration, Service Coordinator, Helpdesk, or Scheduling role.
• Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or Property Maintenance experience is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office &Excel.
• Experience using CAFM or scheduling software is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
