Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator - Hull HU13 - up to £29,355k

A permanent position for an organised and efficient Service Coordinator / Administrator to provide a point of contact for customers and engineers. To coordinate the activities and movements of mobile service engineers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from customers and action as necessary.
• Plan workloads and deploy engineers ensuring maximum efficiencies are maintained.
• Liaise with other depots, dealers and 3rd party service providers, ensuring that they respond within agreed timescales and provide an updated daily status report on any ongoing jobs.
• Log and provide key information to enable accurate and meaningful KPIs to be produced.
• Check & monitor Job sheets / Timesheets using Daily Ops Monitor bringing any variances to the attention of the service manager.
• Ensure parts requests are followed up to reduce disruption / downtime to customers.
• Produce estimates for chargeable work using generic template.
• General Admin duties: filing, memos, emails, letters, monitor and record information on the internal log including holidays and sickness ensuring resident sites have engineer cover.

Qualifications

• Ideally have experience from within hire and with the Kerridge system.
• Be PC Literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have excellent telephone manner with a first class approach to customer service.
• Have strong interpersonal, organisational, motivational and communication skills.

Benefits

• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1hr for lunch (40hrs per week)
• Salary: £28,000 to £29,355 depending on experience, skills and abilities
• Holidays: 20 plus stats, increasing to 25 plus stats over time
