Senior Coordinator opportunity available with our client, a specialist contractor within the pumps and wastewater sector, based out of their office in South-East London. The role comes with a basic salary of between £30k and £40k (depending on experience), a company phone, 26 days annual leave (+ public holidays), and an early finish on Friday's.
Senior Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of field engineers
- Provide clear, responsive support to engineers in the field.
- Supervise and support a departmental staff member responsible for the Service customer database and administrative duties.
- Act as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal departments.
- Monitor, review, and interpret engineer job reports and service findings.
- Identify and plan required follow-up work, parts, and customer recommendations.
- Oversee job documentation including risk assessments, job sheets, and commissioning reports.
Senior Coordinator Job Requirements
- Experience working within a coordinator and/or scheduling support role, ideally within the engineering sector
- Knowledge of pumps and the water/wastewater industry highly desirable
- Based within a commutable distance on Erith, Kent
- Confident in the use of a variety of I.T systems including CRM systems and the full Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, etc)
Senior Coordinator Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £30k - £40k, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Early finishes on Fridays
