Service Coordinator job, permanent job in Pershore, £30 - £35K annual salary.

Your new company
You will be joining an established and successful business in the Pershore area, who offer a range of services to companies across the UK. They are looking for an experienced, dynamic and organised Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an immediate start.
Your new role
Working with a small and knowledgeable team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the internal team supporting the service engineers.
Key duties include:

  • Efficiently scheduling and coordinating engineer's diaries
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, including managing current customer queries, to maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee job planning, maintenance of job sheets, and support with projects
  • Reporting of KPIs
  • Maintenance of records
  • Administration tasks.
This role is full-time in the office, working Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
  • You will need experience working with scheduling, ideally working with engineers.
  • Be exceptionally organised
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Confident working to deadlines, being both proactive and reactive
  • Tenacity to resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Confidence in delivering excellent customer service
  • IT proficiency
