Your new company
You will be joining an established and successful business in the Pershore area, who offer a range of services to companies across the UK. They are looking for an experienced, dynamic and organised Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an immediate start.
Your new role
Working with a small and knowledgeable team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the internal team supporting the service engineers.
Key duties include:
- Efficiently scheduling and coordinating engineer's diaries
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, including managing current customer queries, to maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee job planning, maintenance of job sheets, and support with projects
- Reporting of KPIs
- Maintenance of records
- Administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need experience working with scheduling, ideally working with engineers.
- Be exceptionally organised
- Problem-solving skills
- Confident working to deadlines, being both proactive and reactive
- Tenacity to resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Confidence in delivering excellent customer service
- IT proficiency
