Service and Breakdown Engineer

The role

• Boiler servicing, breakdown diagnosis and repair
• Fault-finding on Gas, Oil and LPG heating systems
• Upselling boiler replacements & system upgrades where appropriate
• Work on vented and unvented systems
• Professional communication with customers
• Maintaining a neat, high-standard quality of work

We are looking for someone who

• Is Gas Safe registered and technically strong
• Is a proper fault-finder, not just a parts changer
• Takes pride in high-standard workmanship
• Communicates well with customers and colleagues
• Is reliable, organised and calm under pressure
• Wants to be part of a trusted team with high standards

Essential / preferred qualifications

• CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety - Essential
• CENWAT1 (or CEN1 and WAT1 together) - Essential
• Minimum 3 years qualified experience
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - Preferred
• Clean driving licence - Preferred
• Right to work in the UK - Essential
