Service Analyst - ITSM/ITIL

AgileSource are seeking a Service Analyst on a Permanent basis. We're looking for professional with strong expertise in ITSM process management, particularly within Asset & Configuration Management and Risk, Compliance & Quality disciplines. Well-versed in ITIL good practice, with a solid understanding of service life cycle governance, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Essential

• ITSM process management experience specifically Asset & Config or Risk, Compliance & Quality
• Worked with ITIL good practice
• Customer/Supplier facing skills eg relationship management or account management
• Good communication written & verbal with all layers of an organisation

Desirable

• ITIL Foundation qualification
• Worked for or within a SIAM organisation
• Worked for or within a Product operating model
• ITSM Process owner
