What is in it for you:

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per year + Generous Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Great flexibility with every 3rd Friday finishing at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:

• Delivering an exceptional first impression to every customer, managing appointments and coordinating with the workshop.
• Presenting vehicle inspection reports clearly, explaining technical repairs, and guiding clients through their service options.
• Identifying opportunities for relevant add ons, service plans, and accessories to boost dealership targets.
• Processing customer billing, handling payments, and ensuring all administrative steps are complete from start to finish.
• Keeping customer satisfaction metrics high through proactive communication and outstanding customer care.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Salisbury, making it a straightforward commute from Amesbury, Wilton, Romsey, and Fordingbridge.
