• Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00

What you will be doing:

• Customer Experience: Greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, arranging onward travel, and delivering smooth vehicle handovers.
• Workshop Liaison: Booking vehicles in, tracking workshop progress, and ensuring cars are ready at the promised time.
• Consultative Communication: Updating customers on vehicle progress and professionally discussing required repair sales.
• Requirements: Previous Service Advisor experience, strong IT literacy, and exceptional communication skills.

Commutable Locations: Based in Bognor Regis, easily commutable from Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, and Arundel.
