• Salary: £32,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus scheme (OTE up to £38,000) with structured pay progression.
• Hours: Full-Time, Permanent 42 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm with 1 early finish per week; Saturday morning rota, 8am-2pm).

What you will be doing:

• Customer Engagement: Welcoming clients, handling inbound calls/online bookings, and providing exceptional end-to-end service.
• Consultative Upselling: Advising customers on warranty coverage, explaining technical work in plain language, and identifying opportunities for relevant parts and accessory upgrades.
• Workshop Coordination: Liaising daily with technicians to schedule servicing, MOTs, and repairs efficiently around workshop capacity.
• Administration & Systems: Maintaining thorough, accurate customer records and updating internal dealer management software such as Kerridge.

Requirements: Prior automotive Service Advisor experience is essential, along with a high-energy approach and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealer management systems is a major plus.
