What is in it for you:

• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + OTE of £38,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

What you will be doing:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and handling routine inquiries, bookings, and updates.
• Translating customer vehicle issues into clear job cards for workshop technicians and explaining required repairs and diagnostic findings back to customers.
• Upselling additional services, maintenance items, and accessories where appropriate to meet individual and team targets.
• Managing workshop scheduling to maintain efficient workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on time.
• Handling customer invoicing, warranty claims documentation, and transaction processing accurately.

This role is based in Portsmouth, making it an easy commute from Fareham, Gosport, Havant, and Waterlooville.
