We are partnering with a highly regarded, leading independent garage in Oxted looking for a warm, customer-focused Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the face of their business.

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + Group Bonus Scheme
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends!)

What you will be doing:

• Customer Service: Greeting clients warmly face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
• Booking & Diary Management: Efficiently scheduling servicing, MOT tests, and repair work to keep the workshop flowing smoothly.
• Communication: Acting as the key liaison between technicians and customers, clearly explaining required repairs, estimates, and updates.
• Administration: Creating detailed job cards, processing invoices, and handling customer payments.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Oxted, making it an easy commute from Caterham, Westerham, Redhill, and Godstone.
