What is in it for you:

• Salary: up to £28,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Optional overtime up to 45 hours). No weekends!

What you will be doing:

• Customer Experience: Greeting guests, managing bookings, documenting vehicle concerns, and ensuring total satisfaction.
• Service Coordination: Providing clear service reports, explaining mechanical repairs, and delivering accurate estimates.
• Workshop Liaison: Managing the service calendar and collaborating with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

Requirements

Previous experience in a fast-paced retail customer service or automotive service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Commutable Locations: Based in Swindon, an easy commute from Highworth, Wootton Bassett, Cirencester, and Marlborough.
