Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor for our Bosch Mechanical Workshop as Maternity Cover Position
- Meeting and Greeting customers and building exceptional customer relations.
- Answering Telephone and dealing with all queries
- Booking in and check in vehicles
- Monitor labour availability and maximise booking in times.
- Ordering in parts as advised by the workshop technicians
- Manage monthly stock checks
- Daily reporting to management
- Supplying reports to accounts
Skills:
- Outstanding and professional customer service
- Have the ability to organise schedules and manage any conflicting demands
- Work to targets individually and in a team
- Preferred interest or knowledge of the motor trade
