Service Advisor Elevate Customer Care & Vehicle Repairs

Lloyd Skoda Carlisle, part of Lloyd Motor Group, is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team in Carlisle. Salary is £24,000-£26,000 with OTE up to £30,000, and hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30.

You will handle customer enquiries, arrange bookings, advise on repairs, and support the service department in delivering excellent customer care. An ideal candidate will be IT literate, hold a full UK driving license, and be proactive in returning customers with quality service.
