Service Advisor: Customer Focus with Mercedes-Benz Training

Rossetts Commercials Mercedes-Benz in Aldershot is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the busy Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating workshop activity and keeping everyone informed with a focus on exceptional service.

In this role you will work Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, support workshop controllers and technicians, and help ensure high standards of service across Mercedes-Benz and Rossetts Commercials.
