Service Advisor & Customer Liaison - Flexible Weekend Hours

Sytner BMW & MINI Leicester is seeking a Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer care and act as the bridge between customers and the workshop. You will communicate servicing details, update customers at each stage and liaise with technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on time.

Ideally, you will have strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail, with training provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and factory courses to support your career at Sytner.
