What is in it for you:

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per year + Competitive Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Enjoy fantastic work balance with 1 in 3 Fridays finishing early at 1:00 PM!)

What you will be doing:

• Greeting customers warmly, organizing service appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the workshop.
• Explaining vehicle check findings clearly, giving transparent advice on necessary repairs and upcoming maintenance.
• Presenting useful add ons, extended service options, and official accessories to help reach dealership targets.
• Overseeing end to end administration, handling payments, and ensuring smooth vehicle key handovers.
• Keeping customer satisfaction scores high through polite, professional, and reliable communication every day.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Aldershot, making it a straightforward commute from Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, and Guildford.
