What is in it for you:

• Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + OTE up to £38,000 (Uncapped performance bonus)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (Includes a 1 hour unpaid lunch break-No weekend shift rotation!)

What you will be doing:

• Welcome commercial and private customers in a friendly manner, establishing relationships and managing their vehicle's service or repair journey.
• Methodically discuss vehicle requirements and use your sales skills to seamlessly introduce additional products, services, and seasonal care options.
• Act as the vital link between our workshop technicians and the customer, providing thorough, clear updates regarding diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain exceptional organisation, ensuring accurate booking logs, invoicing, and parts coordination.

Requirements: You must bring an infectious, friendly attitude, self motivation, and a proven track record in customer service or automotive sales.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Ashford, Kent, making it an easy daily commute from Maidstone, Folkestone, Canterbury, and Sittingbourne.
