• Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends!)

What you will be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing honest advice and clear updates from booking to collection.
• Translating technical feedback from workshop technicians into clear information for vehicle owners.
• Managing workshop bookings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating parts orders to keep workflow smooth.
• Invoicing, handling payments, and managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Eastbourne, making it an easy commute from Westham, Polegate, Hailsham, and Bexhill.
