Sandicliffe is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful team in Loughborough. About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the Sandicliffe brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service.
• Managing bookings for vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Explaining service and repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Liaising effectively with Technicians, Workshop Controllers and customers.
• Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their vehicle.
• Preparing accurate job cards and service documentation.
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.
• Ensuring customer concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Helping to achieve departmental targets and customer satisfaction objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of customers.
• Good administration and IT skills.
• Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience within customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-focused role is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
