Service Advisor

Duties of the Service Advisor:

• - Handle customer enquiries and queries efficiently and professionally
• - Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where appropriate
• - Establish a clear understanding and agreement with customers regarding work to be carried out
• - Clearly explain work performed and ensure customer understanding and approval
• - Adhere to manufacturer service standards and requirements
• - Maintain accurate records in relevant systems
• - Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements for the successful Service Advisor:

• - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role
• - Strong organisational and communication skills
• - Good attitude towards work and colleagues
• - Knowledge of vehicle systems and common issues
• - Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently when required
